Account Deletion
Do you wish to leave us? We are sorry to see you go. Here is how to delete your SwipEat account and all associated personal data.
In compliance with GDPR regulations and store guidelines by Apple and Google, you have the right to request the total and permanent deletion of your personal data at any time.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant & Recommended)
This is the fastest method. Your data is immediately deleted from our servers:
1. Open the SwipEat app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on your Profile (bottom-right icon).
3. Tap on Settings (gear icon).
4. Choose My Account, and tap Delete my account.
5. Confirm your choice. Your session will close and all data will be permanently wiped.
Method 2: Online Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile application, you can submit a deletion request using the form below or directly via email at support@swipeat-app.fr.

A confirmation email has been sent to your address. Please click the validation link inside that email within 48 hours to confirm the permanent deletion of your SwipEat account.
